Welcome to Walkies & Woofs.

 

I'm Karen and my passion is animals. Over the past 10 years, I have been lucky enough to turn my love of dogs and cats, into a thriving business, based in South Bristol where I offer insured, reliable and affordable dog walking and pet sitting services. 

 

So, why choose Walkies & Woofs?

 

  • I will treat your dog or cat like my own, giving it the care, love and attention your pet deserves

  • I only walk dogs in small groups (up to 4 per walk) and charge per walk, not per hour. I also offer solo walks if that's what you would prefer

  • Walkies & Woofs offer services throughout South Bristol, including; Whitchurch, Hengrove, Hartcliffe, Totterdown & Stockwood

  • All dogs are safely transported from and to your home and I always try and make sure there are no muddy paws after a walk

  • The dog walking and pet setting service I offer is reliable and as flexible as possible

  • I am fully insured and DBS checked. I also hold a certificate in Dog First Aid. 

  • Over the years, I have built great relationships with my clients and have a number of regular and loyal customers

  • I offer competitive rates and can collect / drop-off

  • I adore cats and have always owned both cats and dogs. There is something special about looking after a cat and it’s a privilege to hear them purr! I can offer regular visits or even house stays

  • I will always be happy to provide references

Dog Walking

Walkies & Woofs aim is to make each walk the highlight of your dog’s day, giving them a chance to play, socialise and explore new sights and smells.

 

Your dog will be walked in a safe open space and will return home, after providing fresh water, yummy treats and a towel if needed! .

​

I always carry out a thorough pre assessment to ensure we are a good match, providing the information you need to feel like your dog is in the safest of hands.

House & Pet Sitting

I offer a house sitting service, staying with your dog overnight [or for longer periods by request]  in your home. Being somewhere familiar with a caring sitter will reduce both your and their stress. ​​

I am fully DBS checked and am happy to provide references from other clients who have already used this service.

Cat Care

Walkies & Woofs offer a complete Cat Care service.

​

. There aren't many cats that enjoy a long drive and stay in a cattery. In fact, most cats are happiest when they are at home, with familiar surroundings, sights and smells.

 

Cat care allows your cat to stay at home whilst I make regular visits, feeding, playing and giving them the love and attention they deserve.

 

I  will agree the time and number of visits you require, giving you peace of mind, along with regular updates, photos and videos.

'Put my mind at ease'

Karen is possibly the nicest human in the world! She helped us out very last minute, and still made sure that we were in a position to feel secure and comfortable with having her in our home.
